SHIPPING & TRACKING

We ship within Canada and the United States only—sorry, no international joyrides (yet). Orders leave our garage within 1–3 business days. Once your gear ships, you’ll get a tracking number to follow it across the finish line. Most deliveries arrive in 3–7 business days, depending on how far you are from HQ.

We ship to the address you give us at checkout. We’ll do our best to deliver on time, but delays happen—blame the weather, strikes, or the occasional logistical burnout. Once the package leaves our hands, it’s out of our control, but if something goes sideways, email us and we’ll help figure it out.

If your tracking shows “delivered” but your porch is empty, or if your order gets bounced back as “Return to Sender,” let us know. We’ll try to reroute it—but additional shipping charges might apply.

Shipping to the United States

Prices and shipping at checkout don’t include U.S. import costs. When your order arrives, you may be charged duties, taxes, and a carrier/brokerage fee, paid to UPS/FedEx/DHL or USPS. We list the correct HS (tariff) code on your customs paperwork so duty is calculated properly. If you want the code before you buy? Just email us at hello@youngpsychos.com

What to expect: the carrier may contact you to pay these charges before delivery or shortly after, and a customs review can add time. If a package is refused or goes unclaimed when charges aren’t paid, shipping, return transport, and any customs charges aren’t refundable.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Not vibing with what you ordered? You’ve got 14 days from delivery to request a return or exchange—as long as the item is unworn, unwashed, and still has that new-shirt energy. It must be in the original packaging with tags and key chain still attached.

Start your return through our Return Portal by going to any of your confirmation emails, clicking View Order, scrolling to the Refund Policy link at the bottom of the page, and then selecting Return Portal. Prefer email? You can also contact us at hello@youngpsychos.com and we’ll get you sorted.

Return shipping is on you unless we messed up (hey, it happens). Refunds go back to your original payment method. Exchanges depend on stock—we’ll let you know if your new pick is available.

Final sale items? All Young Psychos products purchased on sale are considered final sale and can’t be returned or exchanged. Double-check your cart before you hit checkout—we can’t make changes once your order is in motion.

Got a question about a final sale item? Reach out before you order. We’ll always try to help where we can—but no refunds, exchanges, or store credit on these once the order’s shipped.

PRODUCT DAMAGES & DEFECTS

If your order arrives looking like it lost a fight with a tailpipe, don’t panic. Just email us at hello@youngpsychos.com within 5 days of delivery, and we’ll get things sorted. We stand by our gear, so if it’s actually damaged or defective, we’ll make it right with a refund, replacement, or store credit. Just a heads-up: if the item was damaged during shipping, that’s on the carrier—not us. We’ll still do our best to help sort it, but we don’t cover shipping-related damage.

To help us help you fast, make sure your email includes:

  1. A photo of the internal size tag (yup, we need to ID it properly)
  2. A photo of the front of the item (so we know exactly what we’re working with)
  3. A clear shot of the damage or defect
  4. Your order number (or else it’s like trying to find a Miata in a burnout cloud)

Now for the fine print (aka, don’t test us)

We love our community, but we’ve seen some wild claims. Here are just a few examples of what doesn’t count as a defect or reason for return:

  • “It’s wrinkled.” It’s called a dryer. Or an iron. Or hanging it up like a grown-up.
  • “The black hoodie looks too black.” That’s… what black is.
  • “There’s a thread.” If it’s not unraveling like your life post-track-day crash, it’s just stitching.
  • “It smells like a new shirt.” That’s not a defect, that’s a bonus.

WHAT WE COLLECT

Payment info is processed securely by third-party platforms—we don’t store your credit card details. If you sign up for emails or contact us directly, we store that information too.

We use your information to process and fulfill orders, send transactional updates, respond to questions, and improve the shopping experience. The Young Psychos mobile message service (the "Service") is operated by Young Psychos (“Young Psychos”, “we”, or “us”). Your use of the Service constitutes your agreement to these terms and conditions (“Mobile Terms”). We may modify or cancel the Service or any of its features without notice. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we may also modify these Mobile Terms at any time and your continued use of the Service following the effective date of any such changes shall constitute your acceptance of such changes.

By consenting to Young Psychos’s SMS/text messaging service, you agree to receive recurring SMS/text messages from and on behalf of Young Psychos through your wireless provider to the mobile number you provided, even if your mobile number is registered on any state or federal Do Not Call list. Text messages may be sent using an automatic telephone dialing system or other technology. Service-related messages may include updates, alerts, and information (e.g., order updates, account alerts, etc.). Promotional messages may include promotions, specials, and other marketing offers (e.g., cart reminders).

You understand that you do not have to sign up for this program in order to make any purchases, and your consent is not a condition of any purchase with Young Psychos. Your participation in this program is completely voluntary.

We do not charge for the Service, but you are responsible for all charges and fees associated with text messaging imposed by your wireless provider. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Check your mobile plan and contact your wireless provider for details. You are solely responsible for all charges related to SMS/text messages, including charges from your wireless provider.

You may opt-out of the Service at any time. Text the single keyword command STOP to +1 (855) 508-6163 or click the unsubscribe link (where available) in any text message to cancel. You'll receive a one-time opt-out confirmation text message. No further messages will be sent to your mobile device, unless initiated by you. If you have subscribed to other Young Psychos mobile message programs and wish to cancel, except where applicable law requires otherwise, you will need to opt out separately from those programs by following the instructions provided in their respective mobile terms.
